We're delighted to be invited to join Asperitas on the AMD stand to showcase our collaborative Immersed Computing solution powered by AMD EPYC™. There will be an exciting announcement at Mobile World Congress so make sure you stay tuned!
Asperitas
Immersed Computing experts, Asperitas, will be demoing a fully integrated, plug and play solution with the latest AMD EPYC CPU cassettes inside, supplied by Boston. Thanks to the AIC24 design, you can deploy this solution side-to-side or back-to-back while using only one single water loop. This solution also utilises natural convection to circulate dielectric liquid for heat transfer, using less moving parts and subsequently saving energy and other costly overheads.
A unique sensor-based intelligence layer offers a realtime monitoring and management system, giving you an insight into the most important metrics and trends of each solution. This allows easier data centre deployment and management in the most inaccessible areas.
AMD
2nd generation AMD EPYC™ CPUs are a new breed of server processors which sets a higher standard for data centres. The Infinity Architecture reaches new heights with two streams: eight dies for the processor cores, and one I/O die that supports security and communication outside the processor. It is the first x86 processor based on 7nm technology and poses double the core density and optimisations that improve instructions per cycle.
