How does it work?

At the core of this 5G architecture lies the AS-4125GS-TNRT2, serving as the central access point. It serves as a pivotal hub, connecting various components within the 5G network and effectively managing the flow of data between them.

A key element is the 20-user MU-CXR server, which serves as the primary application of the 5G network. This server empowers Multi-User Connected XR experiences for up to 20 users concurrently. It handles the processing and delivery of VR content, offering users an immersive and captivating experience.

To further enrich the VR content, we leverage the prowess of 10 NVIDIA RTX A6000 ADA GPUs. These high-performance GPUs play a critical role in rendering and enhancing the visuals, guaranteeing seamless and lifelike experiences while efficiently managing complex graphics calculations.

The RU establishes a crucial connection to the fronthaul Edge MEC and DU. Serving as an intermediary, the RU facilitates the transmission of wireless signals from user devices to the processing units. It efficiently forwards the signals to the fronthaul Edge MEC and DU, enabling subsequent processing and management operations.

Represented by SYS-210TP-HPTRD, the DU assumes responsibility for processing and managing the data received from the RU. Its diverse range of tasks includes protocol conversion, encryption and radio resource management, ensuring seamless data handling.

Within the midhaul, the processed data is directed towards the midhaul GPU-powered AI and CU (SYS-221HE-FTNR). By harnessing the capabilities of GPU-powered AI algorithms, represented by SYS-221HE-FTNR, the CU within the midhaul performs intricate computations and optimisations, adding an extra layer of intelligence to the network.

Subsequently, the processed data is routed to the backhaul core using the SYS-211TP-HPTRD. This integral component effectively handles the aggregation, routing and forwarding of data from multiple midhaul units. By ensuring reliable and high-speed data transmission, the backhaul core seamlessly interconnects different sections of the network.

Finally, the backhaul core establishes a vital connection to the internet, granting access to external networks and services. This connectivity enables uninterrupted and efficient communication between the 5G network and the broader internet infrastructure, facilitating access to a wide range of online resources.

Through its access points, processing units, GPUs and networking elements, this architecture enables efficient delivery to multiple users. By capitalising on edge computing, distributed processing, AI algorithms and high-speed internet connections, it provides users with immersive, seamless and lightning-fast communication experiences within the 5G network.
