Boston Will Showcase its NVIDIA GRID 2.0 Solutions at Cloud Expo

Posted on 12 April, 2016

At Cloud Expo 2016 Boston Limited will showcase its latest NVIDIA GRID 2.0 solutions as part of its overall exhibition.

The NVIDIA GRID virtualisation platform delivers accelerated virtual desktops and applications from the data centre to any user, on any device, anywhere. For the first time, you can virtualise all graphics-intensive workflows to improve employee mobility, IT flexibility, and data security. Users get a superior virtual desktop experience, so they can be their most productive.

At the event, Boston will demonstrate the Boston Roamer 1100-0, which provides an excellent balance of computing performance, server density and NVIDIA GRID 2.0 remote workstation support to your IT infrastructure. This perfectly engineered system houses two Intel E5-2650 v4 processors, 64GB of DDR4 memory, 64GB SATA DOM, 8TB of storage space all in a 1U rack mount form factor, Dual port 10GbE RJ-45 and an NVIDIA M60 with GRID ready enablement.

Boston is offering its NVIDIA GRID virtualisation enabled solutions either on-premise or in the cloud. Cloud accelerated virtual desktops are powered by vScaler, which enables customers to quickly deploy scalable, production-ready, accelerated virtual desktop environments and GPU clusters in Boston's own public cloud.
