The Boston 'Baby' Venom 1800-0T combines an ultra-compact chassis design with enough computing power to cope with the most demanding of applications. At just 222mm wide, 190mm high, and 351mm deep, the Boston Venom 1800-0T still manages to pack a mighty punch! Condensed into the Venom 1800-0T's tiny structure is a 4th Generation Intel® Core i7 CPU, NVIDIA® Quadro® K4000 GPU card, 16GB of RAM, 2TB HDD, and 240GB SSD.
Boston designed the 'Baby' Venom 1800-0T to be a discreetly packaged professional grade workstation capable of handling the most demanding graphically intensive applications. The aim was to create a small form factor system that didn't need to sacrifice performance in search of compact dimensions.
With an 8MB cache and 3.5 GHz clock speed (turbo boosted to 3.9 GHz), the 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor family delivers energy-efficient performance that helps end-users effortlessly move between demanding applications, using Intel's Hyper-Threading technology. The Core i7 processor also features hardware-level security, increasing the protection of your data.
The Boston Venom 1800-0T squeezes an NVIDIA Quadro card into the enclosure which delivers ultra-fast performance that helps professionals across many different disciplines realise their most ambitious visions, whether it is product design, complex simulations, or visually stunning storytelling.
Cooling in such a compact system is a significant challenge, but the chassis design of the Boston Venom 1800-0T, combined with a huge 180mm fan, ensures that operating temperatures are kept low, removing any concerns about energy efficiency and reliability.
Additional features include a stylish 10mm aluminium front panel, support for two 2.5" SSDs/HDDs and one 3.5 HDD, and an adjustable fan duct for improved cooling.
