Boston Once Again Return to SuperComputing in Denver!

18/11/19 - Denver, Colorado - Boston are excited to attend Supercomputing 2019 in Denver, Colorado.

With 4 vendors and 6 solutions on the stand (Stand #1849), we have more Supermicro based solutions on our stand than before! The Boston Flash-IO Talyn which is powered by Excelero NVMesh, developed in partnership with Excelero, Mellanox, Micron and Supermicro will be on our stand amongst other solutions from Intel, vScaler and AMD.

We will also be showing a Molecular Visualisation Demo on the NVIDIA® DGX-Station™. The demo shows Visual Molecular Dynamics (VMD) visualising sub-cellular and cell-scale models in atomic detail, using high-fidelity interactive ray tracing, based on NVIDIA's OptiX ray-tracing framework and CUDA GPU programming language. 

This year we have many new solutions on our stand such as the Intel® S9200WK, which is making its debut to SC! This solution has Intel® Xeon® Platinum 9200 processors in it and is a purpose-built, performance optimised data centre block which is ideal for use in high-performance computing (HPC) and AI applications. Alongside this, we also have our Intel® Select Solution on the stand. Both of these systems have increased compute power available for work and research in AI and HPC verticals including Physics, CAE, CFD and more.

Also joining us on the stand is the powerful hybrid cloud appliance from our cloud partner vScaler. From HPC to Big Data, AI to Deep Learning, you can create a bespoke solution to maximise output for your workload.

Another solution making its debut to the Boston stand is a new solution called The Boston Venom 2001-10TP which is a high-performance workstation for the masses, combining a sleek modern chassis design with the computing power to satisfy the demands of modern creative applications. This solution is powered by a single AMD EPYC™ 7002 series processor, based on revolutionary "Zen 2" core architecture, featuring up to 64 cores/128 threads.
