Security Impact to PCoIP Zero Clients and Remote Workstation Cards

Due to security vulnerabilities (including the newly discovered Ripple20) in older firmware versions, Teradici is immediately retiring Firmware 5.5.x for?PCoIP Zero Clients and 4.9.x Remote Workstation Cards.

These firmware versions will no longer be supported by Teradici. Visit our security advisory page for more details on the security vulnerabilities.

We are committed to supporting our customers during this transition period. Teradici highly recommends all PCoIP Zero Client and Remote Workstation Card users to upgrade their firmware to patch this security vulnerability as soon as possible.

All Access subscribers can download 20.01.3 or 20.04.1 via the download pages for zero clients and remote workstation cards.
