Boston is a Finalist in Three Categories in this Year's Storage Awards!

Posted on 10 May, 2016

Boston's Igloo range, which is a finalist in the Storage Magazine "Value for Money" category, offers fault-tolerant storage solutions that ensure maximum uptime, industry leading performance and value for money with no expense spared in terms of integrity, availability and security of your data.

This range of servers has been designed from the ground up to meet the ever increasing demands of today's data centre, while helping to eliminate the complexities traditionally associated with storage implementation. Based on Supermicro hardware and harnessing technology from vendors such as DataCore, LSI, Microsoft, Nexenta and Open-E, the Igloo range delivers both reliability and performance for your storage infrastructure.

In tandem with being nominated as great value for money for its Igloo series, Boston is also a finalist in the "Disk/Hybrid based product of the year" and "Storage product of the year" categories for its dataScaler-L storage solution.

The dataScaler-L, is a parallel file system powered by Intel® Enterprise Edition for Lustre* which provides enterprise grade stability on top of the number one  most widely used HPC filesystem - Lustre*. The Boston dataScaler-L appliance removes complexities associated with deploying and maintaining traditional HPC storage environments.

Show us some love and vote now for the dataScaler-L and our Igloo series!
