Boston Limited are excited to be exhibiting at the powering the cloud conference tomorrow in Messe Frankfurt, Germany.
Top German and International CIOs, IT Directors, Senior IT and globally acclaimed cloud visionaries will descend on the biggest cloud conference to have been held in Germany so far. Powering the Cloud offers cloud service providers and cloud technology vendors the perfect platform to capitalise on Germany's explosive cloud computing boom.
We will be demonstrating our MircroBlade with an 8-Core Intel Atom™ C2750 Processor and 2x - 4x Intel® Ethernet Switch FM5224 with 10GbE and 40GbE uplinks alongside the NVIDIA GRID™ with the ability to offload graphics processing from the CPU to the GPU in virtualized environments at stand G42.
Boston will be showcasing its MicroBlade with 112 independent microserver nodes, the MicroBlade features industry standard software defined networking (SDN) switches, allowing for easy and highly flexibly integration into OpenStack and other cloud environments.
With 112 full featured energy efficient compute nodes, MicroBlade brings a new cost-effective, environment friendly microserver option for rapidly expanding datacentres and cloud service providers.
Based on Atom C2750 processors, each node consumes in the region of 20 watts, providing a truly power-efficient hyper-scale datacentre and cloud environment. Boston will also be showcasing its NVDIDIA GRID boards which feature the NVIDIA® Kepler™ architecture that, for the first time, allows hardware virtualization of the GPU.
We hope you join Boston Limited at powering the cloud on 28 - 29 October and also follow our latest social media updates.
To help our clients make informed decisions about new technologies, we have opened up our research & development facilities and actively encourage customers to try the latest platforms using their own tools and if necessary together with their existing hardware. Remote access is also available
